Rental services and booking terms Foster Fun Rentals LLC is the seller and is responsible for the rental equipment and services agreed for your booking. InflateMate provides booking software; it does not supply the rental equipment or determine the seller's cancellation, refund or weather rules. Booking and payment Review the equipment, rental dates, services, total and amount due shown for your booking. Any deposit and non-refundable initial payment are shown before submission. A booking request requires the business's approval; submitting a request does not guarantee availability or collect payment. Card storage and permission to collect a later balance or damage charge are addressed separately where applicable. Cancellation, refunds, deposits and weather This starter does not specify this business's cancellation deadlines, deposit refund conditions, weather cancellation rules or rescheduling credits. Ask Foster Fun Rentals LLC for those rules before committing to a rental. Do not assume a deposit is refundable, that weather automatically entitles you to a refund, or that a credit is guaranteed. The business must publish its actual rules in its rental agreement. Safety and rental documents Follow the business's equipment instructions and supervision requirements. Any required rental documents or liability waiver are separate documents provided according to the booking's document settings. A booking acknowledgement does not sign a separate waiver. Communications and changes The business may send booking confirmations, receipts and service updates. This agreement does not authorize advertising messages.
